Traveler’s Representations

Independent Suppliers

Colombia Photo Expeditions procures services from various independent suppliers, such as transportation, hotel accommodations, and restaurant services. Since these suppliers are not under our control, Colombia Photo Expeditions cannot be held liable for any property damage, personal injury, or death resulting from (1) any act or omission by such a supplier, or (2) defects in or failures of any aircraft, vessel, vehicle, or other means of transportation not under our control.

Optional Activities with Inherent Risks

Some optional activities available during the tour may carry inherent risks of serious personal injury. These activities include, but are not limited to, scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, white-water rafting, and zip-lining. Participation in these activities is voluntary, and travelers should be aware that their personal safety cannot be guaranteed. Participation will be at the traveler’s own risk, and Colombia Photo Expeditions assumes no responsibility for their safety. Additionally, travelers under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or guardian, regardless of whether they are traveling together.

Insurance

We encourage all travelers, agents, and partners to carry their own liability insurance, travel insurance, medical insurance, and repatriation insurance.
